The 8 Thai Spa Package Courses are a collection of various therapeutic techniques, ranging from Thai massage and hand massage to relieve muscle aches and pains, foot massage to relax the soles of the feet and improve blood circulation, tok sen to balance the body's structure, as well as Thai oil massage, oil massage, aroma massage to increase comfort and flexibility of the muscles, relieve stress, and help with concentration, and head massage to reduce tension in the upper muscles and enhance the health of the nervous system to feel relaxed. This package can treat various symptoms and help restore physical and mental health to balance in the long term.

What you will get in this course
  • Greeting and communicating politely, preparing the venue, tools, products and equipment, and using covers in unnecessary areas to maintain the privacy of service recipients.

  • The positioning of the palms, fingers, and the proper posture of the masseur, the rhythm of pressing/massaging, and the practice of moving the hands gently but firmly to prevent injuries to both the masseur and the service recipient.

  • Know the location of bones, muscles, major tendons and ten main veins in the body to know the important points and perform treatment effectively.

  • Learn the techniques of pressing, kneading, squeezing, stretching, step by step to be correct according to the principles, including breathing and rhythm training in massage.

  • Learn about foot structure, reflexology, relaxation massage techniques, and even specific therapies and manual therapy.

  • Understand the basics of stimulating tendon points with wooden hammers, adjusting the force and timing of the hammers to improve tendon tightness.

  • Learn the muscle structure of the head, neck, and shoulders, practice pressing and kneading techniques to reduce stress, and use fingertips appropriately.
